Studies show that jumping on a trampoline for 10 minutes is the equivalent to running on a treadmill for 30 minutes. It has also been shown that regular use of a trampoline can improve posture and overall health, as well as lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Another well regarded health aspect of trampolining is how low impact the exercise is. This is due to the mat absorbing 80 percent of the shock from the rebound, allowing you to have a full body workout without risking injury to your joints which often happens with other forms of exercise such as running, jogging or playing tennis or football.
Our fitness sessions take place from Monday to Thursday, 7-8pm and are suitable for all levels of fitness, from entry level to more experienced bouncers. Our classes are a mixture of fitness activities and clubs utilising the trampoline zones, air bag, gladiator pit and free space areas, and there is surely something to fit with your lifestyle and fitness goals.
